- Details from our Facebook and Instagram lead-ad forms: the answers you enter in the form, received from Meta Platforms.
- Details from calls, WhatsApp messages and emails you send us.
- Basic technical data when you visit our website, such as browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you product information, quotations and brochures.
- To call or message you about the product you asked about.
- To arrange demonstrations, sales, delivery, installation and after-sales support.
- To keep records of our enquiries and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the people and services needed to deal with your enquiry:
- Our own staff and authorised representatives.
- Service providers that help us run our business, including the customer-management (CRM) software we use to store and follow up enquiries, and Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which delivers the lead-ad forms to us.
- Courier, installation or payment partners, where needed to complete an order.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to follow up and support you, and in any case for no more than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep records longer.
How we protect it
Our records are stored in password-protected business software with access limited to our staff. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights and how to ask for your data to be deleted
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, stop contacting you, or delete it.
Data deletion instructions: send an email to surjeetinternational81@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, and include the name and the phone number or email address you used when you contacted us or filled in our form. We will delete your information and confirm by reply within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.
If you came to us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, you can also remove your information from Meta’s own records through your Facebook account settings. That is separate from what we hold.
Children
Our products and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
